I'm currently (and have been for some time) trying to make my way to the end of The Last Remnant. The game seams to be going on for a hell of a long time (I know JRPGs are notorious for racking up game hours) but still. Now I think of it, I rarely finish any JRPGs because of game-play ideas becoming boring and dragging out the story makes me lose interest.

I was just wondering if anyone else felt this way. Maybe you love JRPGs and have tips on staying focused and finishing them.

It all seams like a whole lot o'work to me.

Sadly, I haven't heard of Last Remenant and so can't help you there.

In fact, I'm not sure I could help at all. Most of the JRPGs I've played managed to hold my interest at least to the end (one exception, so far, is FF6, but I still intend to complete it). Honestly, depending on how far you are or where the story is, taking a break during lulls is a good idea. Tales of the Abyss kind of started out slow, so I took a break from it for a while and just picked it up again recently. No shame in waiting.
