Fire, Fire, Fire Ax!

Well, I love the fire ax as a weapon in games.
I want to try more games and I figure the best way to do that is to find games with something I enjoy, and that would be tearing things limb from limb with a fire ax.
Now, I know of 2 games with fire ax's, and thats L4D2 and Team Fortress 2, both great games, both have what I want.

Anyway, suggest me some games with fire ax's =D

It would seem rather illogical to play a game just because it has an axe. Or a Fire Axe in particular.

But, if you just want axes in general, go play some MMO. They should be thriving with those beasties.

No, but I want to try new games. And if I know theres something I enjoy in that game, theres some motivation to try it.

I dont have a fire axe. I have a fire extinguisher, but its just not the same.

Ah I see, well if you have a PSP or a PS2 and don't mind blowing 8, maybe 15 bucks pick up Silent Hill Origins and unlock the fireman thing. You get an unbreakable fireman's axe if you get through the burning house sequence in enough time.

Some of the unlockable hammers look vaguely like an ax (specifically, the "Shattermaster" and its variants).

Nope, you are correct. It's beastly slow, but does massive damage. It also is occasionally required to get through doors in the first game.
