Is there any way to open your bookmarks in the Bookmarks Toolbar with a keyboard shortcut?

Ummm...alt + b
The alt + [letter] works for whatever part of the top bar you want to open.
See the letters that are underlined? Hit alt + that letter, and you'll open up the corresponding toolbar.
