Mine was a Sega Megadrive ond James Pond. Loved that game so much.

Or it was a Gameboy Colour with Pokemon Blue, can't quite remember which came first.

Christmas 1999 I got an N64 and Super Mario 64. Took an entire day to get the first star because I skipped the instructions.

Well if we're talking consoles, that would be a PSX and the first game I remember playing is Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped.

If it's just any gaming device, that would be the Pokemon Yellow limited edition Gameboy Color, with Pokemon Yellow being the first game I played on it.

Another Atari 2600 here and it will be Asteroids if I recall correctly. We did have an Atari system prior to that but I don't recall using it and think it's highest achievement was Pong.

December of 1988, we got a Nintendo Entertainment System Action Set which included the Super Mario Brothers/Duck Hunt bundle, two controllers and a zapper. In addition to this, we also got Life Force and Galaga: Demons of Death. Likely means they crashed about $320 that Christmas.

No sleep was had in the house for a solid week.

My first console I inherited from my dad was a Commodore 64 with Rambo. I was so amazed. My first console that was bought for me was a Sega megadrive with the Sonic, I think.

Seems like such along time ago now.

Thefirst game I played was putt-putt and/or Freddie fish, the first console I've owned was the x-box 360, I have elder siblings so I've been playing on their consoles until they moved out.

NES - Mario/Duck Hunt

got the Mario/Duck Hunt/Olympics with running pad too, beats the hell out of the balance board for exercise.
Didn't most people just get on their knees and slap the buttons with their hands really fast?

ZX Spectrum and a Amstrad CPC were both given to me the day I was born, had a fair few games such as all of the Dizzy games, Kwik Snax, Little Puff, Harrier Attack, 3D Pinball, New Zealand Story, Jack the Nipper Barbarian 1 and 2 (Which was some of the dodgiest cover art ever!). And so many more, god I love most of those games even today.
