This has been done a million times before, but since you're new I'll let you off.
Welcome to the Escapist.

It was Super Mario World, by the way.

Turok on the N64. I think. Either that, or Earthbound on the SNES.

Umm. I probably played alot of games before but All I can come up with is Donkey Kong 64. and Zelda OoT. I played it once, got to adult, got stuck and quit for like 2 years. Foud the game, played to adult water temple, got stuck, and quit. Played another time, after a few wrist slits and a walkthrough of Water temple made it to the Shadow Temple. Got scared, and quit. Few weeks ago I made it to Ganon but my memory card was corrupted and I saved the game before his temple so I could play it at night when it could be fully epic. I'll try again in a few years.

Hang on, let me check the myriad times I've answered this...

Tetris or Pokemon Red, I can't remember exactly which one, but I was pretty damn young and I loved them (and still do).

Yes that game was awesome! The first one made me feel abit sketchy as a kid though I don't know why or how to explain. Then it got very colourful and I felt more welcomed.

My first game was either Wolf3d or the 2d Prince of Persia. (or Dizzy off a big 5' floppy)

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 on Sega Mega Drive (Genesis).
I remember commander keen. Just curious, does anyone remember a game called Crystal Caves? I used to love that game. It ran on DOS. Can't find it anymore :(

Oh I remember Commander Keen! The kid who flew through space fighting aliens in a football helmet, right? Good times!

As for me, I don't know witch I played first but the earliest games I can remember playing are Super Mario Bros, The Oregon Trail, Cross Country Canada, This game called 'Tank', and Commander Keen as mentioned above. ...Oh and Duck Hunt.
