Battletoads on the NES, Level 3 the Turbo Tunnel. Do i really need to say why?

This is hard! But I choose castlevania. Damn hard game. Why isn't there a save game. This is stil hard as heck! I don't have the strength to play it through :/

The "tutorial" level in Ninja Gaiden. I say "tutorial" because I've died more times in that one level alone than a crushing playthrough of Uncharted 1 'n' 2.

The first "real" level of Hitman 2 pretty much dunks you face first into all the hardest things about the game.

Haha yep. Although if you ask me the snowy one after that was 10x harder. (The one where you have to climb a top of a tower and take out a general or somethin)

Jagged Alliance 2. Fucking hell, I get dropped into the zone, then I get fucked up by dudes I can't see.

Ninety nine nights. It's the easiest level in the game, giving you the delusion that this game is possible. It's just not, which makes the first level evil in my opinion.

Absofuckinglutely! I can't remember which level it was after the intro, but I would spend the forty-five minutes reaching the end goal, only to be crushed by the boss... blarg.

Demon's Souls level one. Doesn't help that I decided I wouldn't move on until I defeated the "Supposed to Lose" boss monster.
