Played the first game. It was really good, but for some reason, I kept losing interest and could never finish it. Not sure why exactly; wasn't engaged.

Damn, the AU version isn't expected to be released until November now. I loved the original 999, enough to actually play it through several times until I got the true ending. And despite the poor writing which sometimes read like someone had just done a creative writing 101 course at community college, it was all the fringe and pseudo-scientific theories that really held my intrigue. Look forward to what Zero Escape aka "Good people die" has in store.
