Fitness help please!

Okay so after I gave up rowing before summer I have gotten rather unfit/chunky.
So I'm looking to get ma belly size down for summer. But problem is I'm still in school and I wont have much free time because of the end of highschool exams. So can anyone help with my situation?

I play tennis on the weekends, do P.E. three times a week at school, and walk to and back from school. You could try doing some of situps in your free time. As long as you have some free time it shouldn't be too hard.

Well, I can say it is very easy to get a good fitness regime going. Spare 30minutes an evening and you can get a good session in. Do sets of press-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups. There all toning exercises and if you do them enough and eat properly, will add lean muscle.

Search google, there are plenty of fitness guides about with various workouts you can use. I have a pretty intense workout I use to keep fit ( By intense, I mean you will die! ). If you want it, quote me and I'll PM it to you.

Well I've dealt with harsh as shit training regimes before, so let me hear what you've got =P
