I have an iPod touch with a hard plastic case which is difficult to remove. The only reason that presents a problem is because in order to plug it into my iHome2GO iH27B, I have to remove it. Usually this just means a couple extra seconds pulling at the case, but recently I've noticed the case's adhesive pad starting to rip as I pull to take the case off.
Is anyone who is familiar to the iHome2GO iH27B ( http://www.amazon.com/iHome-Portable-Alarm-Clock-Black/dp/B000NLLXUM ) knows if the docking slot can be explanded to fit my iPod with its case. There seems to be a removable cover that would do so, but I don't know if or how to get it off.
