Flims on iTunes/iPods

I've got the film 'The A Team' in my iTunes library and want to add it to my iPod. It won't. I've selected it to sync all films and all music and all tv programs. I now have the 6 episodes of NCIS and the 5995 songs but STILL NO A TEAM.

Can any of you help me with this?

You need an ipod movie converter thingy.

For some reason apple will only let one type of movie file onto an ipod. So a free converter program;

like this one www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod
should make it work.

But if that dosen't work the file may not be uploaded to the computer properly.
