It's not really gymnastics, but rather a mixture of martial arts moves, and parkour/free running style moves.

Look up parkour/free running if you want to see stuff like this, or even possibly martial arts videos.

Yeah, this is called "Tricking", and used to be known as "XMA" (Extreme Martial Arts). It's loosely related to Parqour and free running, martial arts, gymnastics, and breakdancing.

The video is a very old clip from what used to be Team Ryouko.

Also look up Steve Terada, the guy's insanely fast and agile.
