Yeah, folks, fooling and ragging are playing tricks on your friends. Personally I haven't done any worth mentioning. My modus operandi is to sneak up behind them and wrap my arm around their neck. Not strangle them, just surprise them and give them a bit of a start.
My ragging was really bad I remember how a few seniors caught me while I was trying to go to the bathroom late at night. I couldn't sleep all night, they made me walk infront of the girls hostel at 1AM and made me start singing , and I had a crowd too looking from the windows throwing toffees at me, but the seniors took them... 
That was fun actually come to think of it...
But others had it bad, I remember one story of how one of my classmates was put into a closet and locked up inside for 3 hours.

One time, I got to school a bit early, so I decided to prank one of my good friends. I took one of his shoes and because I am considerably tall, tied it up on the ceiling with a piece of string. When he came into school, he went to his locker and was surprised to find that one of his shoes was missing. He went through the rest of the day with one shoe, until near the end of the day the string snapped and the shoe fell from the ceiling.
