Former Tonight Show Host Conan O'Brien Ditches Fox for TBS

I might actually watch TBS once Coco is on.

Cable is the best place for Conan. Network TV has too many restrictions (none bigger than having to appeal to people who think Jay Leno is funny). But TBS? Up against Stewart and Colbert? Not sure about that.

This might be mean, but i want him to stay in TBS, i never liked his comedy, and he did nothing but waste the space that he made in Fox's schedule anyways. Atleast he is being replaced with re-runs which Fox said was working better anyways. lol.

I remember the big deal that went on about this around the time Conan was leaving. I'm a fan of Craig Ferguson, and all the jokes about the affair were quite funny XD

Agreed. Until now, I've only watched TBS once a year, for their annual 24-hour marathon run of "A Christmas Story". Conan's reason enough to watch at least four nights a week.

Still kind of wish he'd head back to New York, though. Conan in LA just isn't right.

Conan has always appealed to youth (and like me, youth-that-grew-up-but-stayed-young-anyway). I don't mind Leno at all. I just wish that he could have accepted failure rather than run crying to his biggest fan; NBC chairman. He could have done something ELSE with his 10pm time slot. 10pm is a good timeslot! It's just, his old slot was routine for so many.

True about the youth bit, he wrote for The Simpsons quite a few years ago when it was still good to watch.

Did Leno really go crying to the NBC King? I always figured the chose to put Leno back because his show had the better ratings all those years.

1. I will always watch Conan when I can.

2. If I record Conan, I promise to shut off my T.V. immediately so I can't fuel Lopez's ratings.
