Well, he took the game, gave a shittier paint of coat and threw it out for insta-cash. Note that Terraria was said to be a Minecraft Rip off, but no one talks about Fortress craft or the 900 OTHER Minecraft clones out there.
Also, Minecraft looks better then fortress craft since 1.8, kinda sucks to be out sold and out matched by a game thats not even in release.

If Notch doesn't care that he ripped off Minecraft then why should I or any of you? Really, Fortress Craft sucks or atleast it did when it launched a few months ago but did it occur to anyone that this guy may be denying that his game is similar to Minecraft to gain attention? Minecraft is coming to XBLA, that means death for his game. He needs attention NOW before Minecraft launches.
So keep giving it to him. Why not buy his game too while you're at it, that's what he wants.

Indie games are usually about your game having unique gameplay or entirely new ideas on how the game itself works, but we changed it into making copies of the most succesful genre around and claiming we came up with that ideas on our own.", which means that they are PROUD of removing the thing that made Indie games so inetesting- new ideas.

I laughed when I read the article. Really, I laughed. I think its funny how he believes he pioneered some new form of product and marketing when there's no evidence of any such thing.
I also like to point out he's contradicting himself. Wait.....people actually play Fortresscraft? Don't give me the "people who don't have a computer for Minecraft" argument, because if you don't have a computer than can run Minecraft, then you don't have a computer at all. I haven't tried it, but I bet you could run the damn game from an Android phones web browser.
