Forza 3 Complete. Suggestions?

Okay, I've clocked Forza 3. Now I just want to have fun with the cars.
Any suggestions on cars that can;
1. Be great to drive?
2. Be modded to stupid degrees?
3. Be made to 'fly' like in Gran Turismo 3?

The faster, the better. Although make sure the car looks fast. There's nothing worse than an ugly super-fast car.

Grab any rear wheel drive car above Class C, turn the traction control off and go crazy...
A Ferrari California can be good fun, the Veyron is surprisingly meh, that Class B Lexus is a hoot and any Alfa Romeo.

Any FF cars that can be converted to rear wheel drive and transplanted with huge engines?
