Ok, so what I am going to do to shorten everything. I am going to spoil the actual in detail review, then at the end, put down all the negative and positives below.

Ok, your here, all of the main aspect will be put in sub categories.

Art style: Its art style is pleasing, sleak and very well done. Its remisant of western style comics like Superman, to where its both bright, hard lined and quite cool.

Shooty fun action time: The main mechanic around this game is different classes that have strategies around different classes, I won't go in depth around all the ups and downs about each class, because theres a TON! Ok, starting from #1, the scout, he has low health, but moves real fast and can double jump. #2, the solider, a war torn vet, he moves way slower then a scout, he moves decently, ability to rocket jump and soars across maps easily. #3, the pyro, a unknown thing with a unexplained want to burn things, it uses a flame thrower, which does damage to a enemy while in or out of the pyros flame range with burning damage. #4, the demoman, hes the only black, thats a power, right? Similar to the solider, he can jet around the map, but he does get a sticky bomb launcher and grenade launcher, the stickies can stick to walls, floors and ceilings and blown up by players will, grenade launcher can bounce off a surface, but will blow up on impact with enemy before touching anything else. #5, the heavy, has the most health and needs to go have a slimpedic, he has a mini gun... Well, what do you think you do, you shoot things, stand and shoot. #6, Egineer, hes the only Texan, his special power is a sentry, teleporters, and a dispenser, the sentry is set up by using the blueprints, hitting with a wrench upgrades it, to 2 machine guns, then 2 machine guns and a 4 rocket launcher shooter, dispenser despences health, teleporter is placed with a entrance and exit, then teleports you to the exit. #7, the medic, hes german, he can heal. #8 the sniper, he plans to kill everyone from the comfort of his camper, he uses a sniper rifle, #9, spy, hes french, can sap the engies sentries and one hit kill all classes from behind with his knife.
All combine for a great shooting experience.

Talking Time: Not any story besides from the website, outside the game. Awesome one liners though.

Positives:
Great one liners
Best team based combat
Awesome art style
Fun map layout
9 classes
drops
Great single play
Negatives:
No story

In conclusion:
Awesome game, great for any shooter fan or artsy gamer, come and play, its awesome and fun.

You should put a little more thought and effort into your next review. Pros and Cons lists don't cut it.

Hmmm, to be fair he had more than the pros/cons list, but nothing substantial by any means.

When you review a game be sure to do more than describe it. "This game includes X, Y and Z" isn't a review or a critique but a simple description. Tell us how these features come together and what feeling they create.

You do have a few of these but they aren't fleshed out very well. "The art style is pleasing, sleek and very well done." Why is the art style pleasing, and how does this effect the game and your experience. Somebody giving a review needs to get to the bones of just why these things are good. Try expanding on this and telling us how the art style helps the game. You could say: "The art style is distinctive and unique in the realm of the FPS genre, using crisp simple visuals to allow the player to distinguish between enemy classes at an instant." This statement references the games visuals but also helps the reader understand how the visuals support the game.

You say that game is a great shooting experience, but all you've really done is describe the various classes. Perhaps throw in a reference to game balance among the various classes. Instead of individually listing all of the traits of each class you could quickly describe a battle situation. Done right you can get quite a lot of the hard, boring class information relayed to the reader while refraining from being too monotonous. Anecdotes like this can help readers understand how the game usually plays.

Also, and this is a personal addition, I think the game not having a story doesn't qualify as a negative. Does a purely online shooter need a story?

Good start and keep at it. Just remember not to spend too much time describing mechanics, but describing how these mechanics combine to build the overall experience.

There is a lot wrong with this review, and most of it has been covered above, but you actually gave some information here that is downright misleading and false.

Team Fortress 2 has quite a bit of story. You don't really see it in the game itself, but there is a lot more to it than meets the eye, especially when you go digging around the TF2 site.

I guess in-game you can say it effectively has no story, but there is a lot going on there behind the scenes.

It's totally valid to say that TF2 doesn't have a story. It doesn't. I don't care how much additional reading is on any official site. If it isn't in the game, then it doesn't get points for it. Listing the lack of the story as a minus is, however, a problem as not all games need one.
