and i am still angered by the fact that you need to partake in the MP portion of the game to get a 5000 EMS rating. never before in any game that i have played has the MP impacted the single-player campaign.
i DO NOT like that precedent at all.
Im sure there is someone at EA foaming at the mouth from hearing this...TheKasp said:Truly EA is the worst company in the USA... *sigh*
On Topic: Well, it looks really interesting. Maybe I'll pick ME3 up afterall when they add some redeemable features to Origin.
lol...EA suit said:*enraged*
BIOWARE IS DOING WHAT!?
It has been confirmed that it is literally impossible to get the "sharp breath" ending without playing at least a match or two of MP. I think the max EMS you can possibly get without MP is like 3800 or something and you need 4000 to get the special ending (that includes the DLC). A lot of people are mad about it, but who really cares. A 20 second clip with no context is pretty meaningless anyway.SajuukKhar said:You do not.....Ascarus said:this new DLC is awesome, if you multi-play.

It's actually completely possible to get well over 6,000 EMS without the multiplayer. I know because I did it.Fappy said:It has been confirmed that it is literally impossible to get the "sharp breath" ending without playing at least a match or two of MP. EMS or TMS? Its an important distinction. There are tons of number crunchers on the BSN that proved its impossible.Jitters Caffeine said:It's actually completely possible to get well over 6,000 EMS without the multiplayer. You are not alone, man. I thought those other classes looked cool, but I personally have no interest in the Geth or Batarians. The Krogan looks pretty good, though.killerguythefox said:At 00:46 look at that barrier bubble is anyone hyped for playing as a justicar adept?
This power looks extremely useful for doing teamwork and doing objectives
To me, the whole "Free" thing with the DLC is rather indicative of a much larger problem than what Bioware and EA have been harping as a very small vocal minority. It would seem that a rather substantial portion of their base (I'm not willing to say majority at this point) are rather pissed.Canadish said:Have to say, I'm shocked.
I honestly never thought I would hear the words "EA" and "Free" anywhere in the same sentence.
(I guess that leak was legit, who'd of thought it?)
Now, speaking rationally, it's an obvious marketing stunt on their part.
And it still doesn't undo all the bad they've done over the years and in the last few months with Mass Effect.
But, I'll give credit where it's due, this is a good kind of marketing stunt. I can get behind this.
So...er....good going EA/Bioware..?...Sounds weird saying that...
