Front panel extenders for mobo?

I need extenders for my front panel connections to allow for my GPU to fit properly due to its height, therefore I was advised previously to get this brand

As are all other sources I checked. Does anyone know of any alternatives, or will i never be able to play "The Witcher 3" :O

Thanks for coming back and posting a solution too in case others run across the same problem. Nothing more infuriating than searching for a solution to the same problem and someone either coming back to say they "fixed it" or never updating it at all.
