Assuming you haven't beaten it by now, can I offer some advice? don't try camping in cover with the shotgun guys. Get them to run and gun - they have faster reflexes than machine gunners, you just have to come out from behind cover near them and get back in when they fire.

Damn, I just came back from beating the level (and the next two, which seem much easier) and the first thing I see is this. You're exactly right about the shotgun guys, and when I finally started using them like that I won with ease. I only wish I'd found this out sooner.
