3 months ago, I ordered Flirty Girl Fit for my fiance (she wanted to work out, I wanted to see. It was a win-win.) I canceled all future orders and they continued billing. I had to call my bank to cancel the transaction. I also tried contacting Flirty Girl through their website but ended up chatting to 2 automated response bots before actually calling and talking to a real person. Finally, my account is "closed" and I'm supposedly receiving a full refund. Anyone with similar stories? Also, is P90X like that? I'm interested in it but only want my initial order, nothing more. I expect to pay for what I order, nothing more.

I'm currently having to deal with my new shitty insurance company and their sockpuppet pharmaceutical distributor. It's because of them and their absolute fucking incompetence that I ended up having a cardiac arrest Thursday because they failed to deliver my heart medication.

It's been almost a week since a placed the order for over night delivery, I still have yet to get my pills.

As for customer support, their key phrase is "Sorry, but....".

"Sorry, but we'll have to charge you for another prescriptions"
"Sorry, but it says it was shipped but not delivered"
"Sorry, but you didn't specify..."
"Sorry, but..."

I don't need an apology. I need my fucking meds.

Wow, I wonder if you could sue them for that? I mean, it sounds like a possible life and death scenario.

Apologies for seeming rude...

If medication was that important to you why the hell wouldn't you stockpile it? I would be swimming in that shit.

Where I live thats illegal. You have a "pescription" or whatever, which allows you to recive needed meds once a month or every 2-3 months (varies from med to med...).

I'm in the UK, whenever I've needed meds for illness or injuty I would go to my doctors, pick up my renewed perscription, go to the drugs store and pick it up.

Ordering something on the phone that's out of your hands that has consequences on your life when you have the intangibles of company competence, mail delivery times and mistakes in shipments...I couldn't imagine doing that, or even contemplating it as a rational idea.

Scary.

funny my experience with Dell has been nothing short of stellar. Harddisk failure on one server and imminent failure on another. the new disks where in my hands 4 hours later and installed by dell 10 minutes after.
Acer on the other hand they where horrible. took me 6 months and hours and hours on the phone to get a vga cable for a monitor.. and always the same message "I'm sorry there is no one to take your call but please leave a message and we will get back to you within 4 hours" did they heck.
I ended up using their complaints department to sort it out as they where the only ones remotely competent.

I haven't really had all that much problem with Customer Service. When I sent my PS3 to Sony, I did get asked the same types of questions 4-5 times before they finally said they'd fix it for me.

It's not like in a game where I can build up a huge stockpile of pills depending on how much money I have. These pills are rationed out and prescribed to me on the basis of "Warning when you run out".

No, P90X is not like that. The company that makes P90X is called Beachbody. They're a great company, and I've never had any issues with them.

You definitely should do P90X! I just finished my first round of P90X about 3 weeks ago. You can check out my results on my blog here-

P90X Results [http://trek2befit.com/p90x-results]

I'm already doing another round of P90X and I love it. Just as a disclaimer though, I am a Beachbody Coach (I'm an Independent Contractor of Team Beachbody which is a subsidiary of Beachbody)...but as you can see on my blog, the results speak for themselves.

If you have any other questions about P90X, let me know!

Thanx Jregister2. I plan on starting once I get the $ together. Kinda low on the priority list at the moment after the wife, baby, debt, and small home business. I'll let everyone know the results once I do finally get started with it...eventually...(yeah, I know bout the payment plan b4 anyone points that out).
