Okay so I'm gonna cut a long story short, in bullet point form!

Can't join parties on black ops, can in EVERY other game I own.
Takes anywhere between 20 mins and an hour to find a game.
No problems with NAT on my computer end.

OT: Try fiddling with your network settings for the game/computer. That always seems to fix problems with internet games for me.

I'm having serious disconnect issues after the last update. Wait it out, I say. There's plenty of great games floating around at the moment.

IF your on Xbox, do a connection test, I know it seems odd, but whenever I do that it changes my NAT setting from moderate to open... Yeah, weird.
