One of the most common things stolen from rental property is the fire alarm. I'm not sure if it's THE most common, but I certainly have a good laugh every time a tenant moves out, leaving behind the washer and dryer he bought with his own money and yet still take the fire alarm I had installed to replace the one the last tenant stole.
This happens on a fairly regular basis. I've had tenants leave behind whole rooms of furniture and my fire alarm will STILL be missing.

A raisin dropped in a glass of fresh champagne will bounce up and down continuously from the bottom of the glass to the top.
