Funniest Line In A Game?

So many great ones... the one that comes to my mind is from Dead Rising. It's not really much of a giveaway, but I'm throwing the spoiler tag up just in case:

One of the bosses is a crazed grocery store manager. After you've beaten him, he lies in a pool of blood blabbering on about who's going to run cash registers, clean, and take care of the store once he's gone. After he finishes it looks like he's dead, when suddenly he jerks his head up and screams "CLEANUP ON AISLE SIX!!!". I don't think I've ever laughed so hard at a game in my life.

"So wait, the Trandoshans are killing Wookies, for their pelts, to sell for droids, to kill more Wookies, to sell more pelts?"

"I hate it when they do that."

I havent played it in so long

Possibly one of the best games in the Star Wars catalogue. It's a solid squad-based shooter all on its own when stripped of its source material, however the fact it tied in so well with the Star Wars universe was nice as well.

Wish I hadn't lost it. Would dust off my XBox just to play it again.

Latest one that really made me laugh to myself was in heavy rain, when Jayden is with that police detective, and he slams in the door, then when jayden asks if that's not illegal, he pokes his head back out and goes "Call the cops". Not amazing by itself, and an old line by any standards, but the little silence, the cop's dumb look, and the camera work really did that moment =P

Also, most any moment in Final Fantasy IX that had comedic intentions really hit the spot for me. That game is funny as hell.

Solid gold. BioWare struck home with him. There's never been another like him (though they've tried).

I had it on PC so I got loads of fun out of the game several times and then playing with the console commands
They'd do well to make a sequel or some sort re-make or related game

There was a scene in uncharted 2 where drake was talking about someone else and said 'he couldn't find his ass with both hands'

Cracked me right up, also the 'toast' scene from gears of war 2. So awesome.
