Monty Python stuff, Edgar Wright stuff, the Crank films (High Voltage especially), aforementioned Airplane!, Trey Parker and Matt Stone stuff (some will disagree but I especially love Orgazmo and BASEketball, I've laughed harder at those films than any in my entire life I think).

For me it would probably be Hot Fuzz and The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. I love those films and they kill me every time.

I think the film I've laughed at the most has to be Blazing Saddles. So that's my pick.

I didn't laugh at Hangover, but chuckled quite a few times.

Even though The Fifth Element is more of a sci-fi action flick, I still think it is one of the funniest movies I have ever watched.

My vote goes for Army of Darkness, which had me laughing till I cried. Same thing with Evil Dead 2, which was also pretty damn funny despite being more of a horror film.

Also, Battlefield Earth was very (unintentionally) funny.

Others include:

- 1941
- Hot Tub Time Machine
- My Name is Nobody
- The Producers (the old one)
- Braindead (Dead-Alive)
- It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World

Scott Pilgrim, Hot Fuzz, Army of Darkness and of course The Blues Brothers! I swear I've seen that movie like 12 times and I never get tired of it.

Also Mel Brooks, Monty Python and Charlie Chaplin movies but those are kind of a given.

Love and Death has got to be my favorite comedy of all time. Annie Hall comes in as a close second.

Yeah, kinda a Woody Allen fan.

Crank is a hilarious film that I can watch over and over again without getting bored (haven?t watched the sequel yet, though). I think that Borat was outrageously funny too. And I freakin? love the Rush Hour films; Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker have such great chemistry. The first Scary Movie is still pretty funny too. And The Inbetweeners Movie, which was a fitting conclusions to three series of British comic genius.

The Austin Powers films.

A pity nobody's mentioned Zoolander- it wasn't until Borat that I laughed so hard again in a cinema.

Black Dynamite is also goddamned fantastic, and also an obligatory vote for Flying High! and the Hot Shots! films.

Trying to avoid what's already been said...

It's hard to go wrong with Jim Carrey comedies.
Napoleon Dynamite is a stroke of genius.
The Beatles movie 'Help' is brilliant.
The Futurama movies, even if they're just extended episodes.
Pixar are just as good at making me laugh as they are bringing me to tears, so I'll net them all together.

Loads more that escape me right now...

Trying to avoid some of the stuff others have named I'm gonna go with Ghostbusters, a funny movie with great cast.

Disappointed it took someone so long to bring this up. One of my favourite films of all time, it's fucking brilliant.

-edit- looking back over the thread, I'm especially disappointed that Napoleon Dynamite was mentioned first, and more frequently. That film is fucking awful, and you should be ashamed.
