I'll start: In scrubs, during the episode where the janitor is trying to be environmentally friendly, he crushes a can on JD's head using Dan's help. The humor in this is when JD nonchalantly remarks "I'm gonna go with, Ow." after getting the can smashed on his forehead. I love it because of how calm he is after an aluminum can was smashed on his forehead.
