Funniest thing at camp

Well I got back from a school trip to Canberra last night. We spent the nights in cabins in groups of 7. Late one night we had just turned off the lights and one guy said "lets play murder in the dark... only naked!" Everyone in the cabin lost it and the teachers came in and told us to shut up. It was one of the funniest things said all week because of the total randomness of it.

So escapists, my question is what is the funniest thing that happened or was said to/around you at camp?

A guy gave me a front row seat to a "Hold my beer and watch this" moment. He filled an empty beer can with gasoline and set it in the fire. There was a large fireball and a loud bang. He lost both of his eyebrows and some of his hair.

i sleepwalked off the top bunk. Well i thought it was funny =]

Not me but at one of my friends camp he told me that a guy peed in a jar and they used a fire extenguisher to freeze it and left it for the next group of students to find.

We were having a midnight barbecue when some smart guy threw a six pack of Lynx (deodorant) into the flames. He charged towards the flames, hurled it in and shouted "RUN!! FUCKING RUN!!" as a sharp hissing noise followed by huge explosion erupted. Luckily, we knew to run beforehand and nobody was hurt but in the morning we saw the damage. A metre wide crater and barbecue-shrapnel scattered across the field. It was a miracle no one was injured.

Well, at my Year 9 camp to Phillip Island, a group of guys decided to pour lighter fluid into a toilet, and torch it...
A nice sized fireball erupted, no injuries or damage, but a cool video onto the Internet.
Not sure where to find it.

This one time at band camp...

I kid, I kid. When I went camping with my someone found away to remove the poles suporting the tent roof. Halfway through the night, everyones tents colapsed.

Well once at my Year 7 camp a plumber was called in to fix the sink in the girl's bathroom. Unfortunately, he fell asleep whilst under the sink and when the girls found him they screamed at the top of their lungs because they thought he was dead. He was so startled by this he woke up and hit his head.

Good times.

Damn it, I was going to do that.

Uh, I got to hold an armadillo named "Army", the other one was named "Navy". Get it?

Yeah...

I had a tape recorder going the enitre time during my school trip. Highlights include:

*People claiming pretty much everything not nailed down, then finding out it's the wrong cabin.
*People deciding to make coffee in their mouths, due to lack of cups.
*People getting yelled at for stealing things.
*Potheads pretending to perform breakfast radio.
*One girl acting like a drunk Irish bloke for 3 hours.
*Skiing commentary.

Im just gonna list the things that happened when I went to camp when I was at school:

We went bivouacking in a welsh forest in the middle of nowhere and it was dark and misty so we started playing the x-files theme tune and scared the crap out of a bunch of people.

Playing tag one guy is running full pelt down a hill trying to escape the guy chasing him and he neglects to hop the 2 foot high wall at the bottom of the hill, it was so funny to watch from where I was sat, he just vanished as he went over it. (He also broke his arm but he was a bit of a dick anyways)

Walking through a hill a cow went nuts and ran off a cliff edge when it saw us.

Finally - We set up a bunch of traps in our dorm and when everyone was going to sleep we started talking about ghost stories and how the place was haunted then started setting off the traps and scaring everyone.

In year 7 when we went on a weakend trip in our bungulow type thing (with 5 of us in) we found some porn under one of our bungolow type thing mates bed and then somone shouted 'BURN IT BURN IT!' 'cus if the teachers found it we would be put in isolatin and have afterschool detentions for a week. So we ended up trying to wash it down the sink didn't work so we then decided to throw it of a cliff...
we never spoke of it again.
