I recently changed my in-game Steam pseudonym to "Batman's Left Nostril." When you laugh at your own name, you know it's probably pretty amusing.
When it comes to others I've run across, "Oliver Clothesoff" and "Poop Throwing Monkey" were memorable ones.

I don't know if this counts but one time while on Steam I was playing Left 4 Dead 2, open to anyone cuz that's how I like to play, meet new people that way. I come across a guy whose very screename should have told me he was a major prick. The name was, no joke, "[FU] Sheriffdouchebag". The whole match he was, as Rochelle no less, spamming Laugh, not communicating with the team, Leroying his way all over the map not helping against Tanks or Witches, then has the balls to say the whole team sucks when we get Special Infected buttraped and he's already in the saferoom stealing all the med kits. After a bunch of phrases like "he's just using a tier 1 weapon, fail." and spamming 4chan inspired gif images all over the walls we finally decide to vote him off. What does he do? Doesn't even try to act right, just starts shooting us all in the Safe room, almost killed one of us before we got him off. So yeah, in this case, the name is pretty truthful of the guy behind it. Eff you, Sheriff Douchebag!

I saw some guy on Bad Company 2 called JediNinja. So... You're a Jedi... And a Ninja? At the same time? Aren't Jedi already space ninjas? I thought it was hilarious. And to top it off, he had a clan tag "HATE" so his full name was [HATE]JediNinja. Funny kid.

Backstory: Everyone remember when President Shrub's choking on a pretzel episode? Well, one of the guys in the unit I was in at the time made a comment along the lines of "Man, that's one sadistic pretzel." Soft pretzels are my favorite food, so I figured it would make a funny screen name.
