The bricks in Timesplitters 2, you just threw bricks. But you could hold like 40 and it was possible to kill yourself if they bounced of a wall and hit you.

Im gonna have to say the Cow Launcher from that old south park game for the 64, along with the alien gun that stops enemies (animals and beasts alike) dead in their tracks and they start to sing and dance w/choreography.

That and the Rock-it-Launcher, oh and Wabbajack (can't remember how to spell it).
Something about turning an enemy into any random creature has a certain charm to it. I could turn a Deadroth into a sheep or a deer or a rat, or a scamp, or a Daedroth (yes...it can happen). Love the randomness.

Oh and the dildo in GTA:VC you wield like a sword.

Dog mode in Rise of the Triad is pretty great. So is god mode, for that matter. If you haven't played ROTT (since I'm pretty sure nobody did, I tend to get blank stares when I mention it), when you turn on god mode you don't just become invincible, you actually become a god, and your weapon becomes your hand which you use to smite your enemies. On the other end, there's the thing I first mentioned, dog mode, which turns you into a dog. Your weapon becomes a dog's snout, you go down low to the ground and run around real fast biting guys. It rules.

The most hilarious weapon in a multiplayer setting is playing Goldeneye, license to kill, slappers only.
