Im gonna have to say the Cow Launcher from that old south park game for the 64, along with the alien gun that stops enemies (animals and beasts alike) dead in their tracks and they start to sing and dance w/choreography.

South Park was full of them. Piss snowballs and the chicken sniper with two tail feathers as the sight was hilarious.

I think another good one was Wakka's blitzball, but Castle Crashers needs to get some mention for stuff like Carrots, Fish, and a Chicken. I think my faverite might be from Monster Hunter where you can use a wooden paddle to spank monsters with.

Well normally I would just give this to something from Ratchet and Clank. But I think the Landshark gun from armed and dangerous was just funnier, especially the way the enemy would stop and look around before he got eaten. It's either that or the grenade that turns everything upside down from armed and dangerous, it was something like the topsy-turvy bomb, I can't remember.

Either the Steel Paddle from Soul Calibur (wielded by Knightmare), the Fairy Bazooka (Homing fairies never get old) and Hammer of Smiting (Thor-ish) from Shrek Superslam, the Ion Detonator, Anal Probe and Quantum Deconstructor from Destroy All Humans, the Chainsaw in Celebrity Deathmatch or pretty much anything Tyranid-based in Warhammer 40K.

The chainsawbajonet from both Gears of War games is still my personal favorite.
otherwise all weapons from the "Painkiller" games are pretty funny too.
And of course all weapons available in the game of "Dead rising" where almost everything can be used as a weapon, heard that the sequel will have even better weapons, just look them up...
