Its a tie between the experimental MIRV in fallout 3 and the sharkzooka from armed and dangerous.

The shark is just funny to use and the MIRV is funny because it is such overkill. I loved killing mole rats with it.

I remember my first use of the Holy Hand Grenade in Worms. I was in kinda a bad situation where the enemy had a massive rock blocking them, but being CPUs, they had of course mastered using the wind to blow all their rockets right at me. I had used all my grenades at bad throws and just had the holy hand grenade left. So, I tried throwing that, and it bounced PERFECTLY into place, avoiding all the sinkholes nearby.
