Yes, it was followed, you literally have decades of the same thing being followed.Nobody has said that's what's required.
Those two federal courts have very explicitly said what is required.
And it was not followed.
The Alien Enemies Act isn't even required.
Not that this will convince anyone who's determined that everything is kosher, but a Trump-appointed judge ruled that Trump's use of the Alien Enemies Act as justification for the deportations is unlawful, as it only applies when the country is under armed, organized attack, and gang activity does not meet that bar.
I don't believe any of your sources said that.Yes, they can, but those same immigrants can ask for judicial review and when they do they are legally entitled to it, which I have also posted about, and provided proof of. They have been denied this right, and therefore denied due process. You seem to be completely ignoring that part despite the fact that I've addressed it multiple times.
No he hasn't, the Trump administration has not asked for his return.
I literally posted multiple articles about it in this thread, and it is a huge story. I happened last week.
You've chosen to ignore all proof. You are not arguing in good faith.

El Salvador Is Said to Have Spurned U.S. Request to Return Abrego Garcia
It remained unclear whether the diplomatic effort was a genuine bid by the White House to address the plight of the immigrant, Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia.
If it's the story I just found, did you want the kids to not be with their mother? The mother was deported, not the kids. Obviously if a parent is deported, they probably want their kids to come along. This isn't a story...
If all these Trump deportations are so illegal, the Abrego Garcia story wouldn't be a story because the story would be that Trump is illegally deporting hundreds/thousands of people and that's not the story. Every other president has done this. You don't care about this when your team does it.
