Nobody has said that's what's required.

Those two federal courts have very explicitly said what is required.

And it was not followed.
Yes, it was followed, you literally have decades of the same thing being followed.

Not that this will convince anyone who's determined that everything is kosher, but a Trump-appointed judge ruled that Trump's use of the Alien Enemies Act as justification for the deportations is unlawful, as it only applies when the country is under armed, organized attack, and gang activity does not meet that bar.
The Alien Enemies Act isn't even required.

Yes, they can, but those same immigrants can ask for judicial review and when they do they are legally entitled to it, which I have also posted about, and provided proof of. They have been denied this right, and therefore denied due process. You seem to be completely ignoring that part despite the fact that I've addressed it multiple times.

No he hasn't, the Trump administration has not asked for his return.

I literally posted multiple articles about it in this thread, and it is a huge story. I happened last week.

You've chosen to ignore all proof. You are not arguing in good faith.
I don't believe any of your sources said that.

If it's the story I just found, did you want the kids to not be with their mother? The mother was deported, not the kids. Obviously if a parent is deported, they probably want their kids to come along. This isn't a story...

If all these Trump deportations are so illegal, the Abrego Garcia story wouldn't be a story because the story would be that Trump is illegally deporting hundreds/thousands of people and that's not the story. Every other president has done this. You don't care about this when your team does it.

Notice was not given. There was no opportunity to request judicial review or habeas. They were taken to the airport the morning after the order was given, and that order wasn't public at the time. Multiple federal courts have stated that is insufficient.

Recurring reminder: you are defending not only their deportation, but their maximum security imprisonment without charge.

I could understand some people defending deportation. I can't understand some people defending imprisonment

Just like I can't understand someone claiming a clearly photoshopped photo as real

Because El Salvador refusing to hand over guy Trump doesn't actually want handed over in response to literally no pressure to demand his return is not shocking. Lots of things Trump could do to facilitate his return, including something as simple as threatening to not pay him to keep the people we've shipped him if he doesn't return the ones we ask to return.

Said what? What part are you responding to?

It's actually several kids (7 at this point). In one case their father is a US citizen and the children are US citizens, the children should have been left with him. In another case one of the kids has cancer and was taken without consultation with his medical team.

The mothers were deported without judicial review, without access to lawyers, and without being able to communicate with their families (who are in the US legally and would have been able to take the kids) to arrange for the care of the children.
