Funny Friends

So Escapists! I happened to show my friend The Scary Thread on here and not 20 minutes after I leave to return to my room, she comes running up clutching a blanket and her pillows, claiming that her room had her freaked and she wants to stay in mine.

She's currently making herself at home on the blanket bed that we made for her up here and bitching at me under her breath that it's all my fault.

Does anyone have any funny stories about their friends that they would love to share?

OT: Way back in 2006 (DAMN I'm old), my group of friends and I used to get together at each others houses after school to play Perfect Dark on an N64 we hauled around.

I'll just say that an all "Proximity-mine" map is an excellent way to make teh lulz fly.

My freshman year in college several of my buddies went to a killer party (suites and ties party) while I stayed in my dorm and finished a paper.

Well about 1 am they all came back minus three of my buddies that had gone to Colorado to go skiing (we were at Texas Tech in Lubbock, TX.) One of my friends was falling down black out drunk.

So, being the great friend that I was, I packed a bag for him, poured him into my car and started driving to South Fork, CO. My drunk buddy woke up about half way there (roughly 350 miles away from Lubbock.) and preceded to thank me for picking him up from the party. Then requested I take him to McDonalds on 19th street in Lubbock.

When I told him that we weren't in Lubbock anymore and that we were in fact just about an hour from Colorado, the look on his face was priceless. A combination of rage, chagrin, hangover and astonishment played across his face.

It was fucking hilarious.
