Was kind of curious about that myself too. Kids running around being generally annoying brats is common enough, but going around biting people? Where does that happen? And not only does it happen apparently, but it's mentioned so casually it comes across as if it's actually a common occurrence.

Exactly.. How, why and where is this normal behaviour?

UK for one its not normal behavior but you can find that 3-5 yo boys will generally do stuff like bite you or kick you or sit on the floor crying. And the worst part is when you either deal with the situation by punting the kid down the hall telling the kid off or talking with it's mother and they say that its not the kids/their fault and berate you for interfering in their "oh so fabulous" parenting

Makes me feel warm in that part of my heart that holds all my loathing for cunty kids and parents who neglect to teach them manners.

That's not manners, that's basic domestication. You put down dogs for biting people too often. Especially when they draw blood. Children should at least be on the level of domesticated animals in behavior, whether or not they say please and thank you is another matter entirely.
