MC Lars has some pretty funny songs. Korpiklanni are pretty good too, they have a song about beer/vodka/drinking on pretty much all their albums. Steel Panther, Bill Bailey, The Divine Comedy, everyone mentioned is pretty good actually.

Wheelchair kommando ate my sheep loving baby is a really funny song by Arzt Pfusch. Mind you it is Industrial music so lyrics are hard to hear but they do post a link to them on their homepage as well as a player to listen to the whole "S.I.C.K." album.
