Yeah, I've been hearing about this for awhile now. I can't honestly say I'm pleased to see many of my favorite childhood/preteenage cartoons butchered, but neither can I really blame Cartoon Network for taking this step. Anime is very "in" right now. They know that kids will flock to anything remotely similar to anime these days, especially if it involves the re-imagining of something they already know. "Wooooah! Dexter meets Naruto! Cool! *clickclickclickclick*"
In my opinion, you just have to understand that CN is doing exactly what it's supposed to be doing: Appealing to it's core demographic. To expect them to also cater to the older fans who grew up with the network is natural, but completely unrealistic. That's what Boomerang is for.
Also, I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed a distinctly Bleedman feel about the game's art style.
