Future artistic game.

A while back, there was an article about a game where there was only a white world, and you had to throw balls of black paint to see your surroundings. I think it was called Monochrome or something, I'm not entirely sure.

Anyways, does anyone know what's going on with this project? Is it still in development?

It wasn't either of those. The levels are, like, completely white- you can't see objects or walls. You have to paint your surroundings in order to see them.
