"our best chance is to head eastwards to the science district where we may be able to find some files. the buildings there are also the most well built so we may also find some survivors." upon saying this, jeran started charging through the crowd of zombies, hacking wildly left and right.

Zlorg stood at the edge of the window, being a sea creature, he always had a bit of a problem for heights.

"Its not that far you wuss, don't embarrass yourself in front of Ayeon!" he thought to himself.

He jumped from the window and landed on the ground, not as bad as he thought it was going to be. He pulled out his shotgun and joined the group.

"You guys lead the way. Hey! Lets choose support partners... I choose Ayeon!" he exclaimed, perhaps a little too excited.

Ayeon smirked and reloaded. She looked at Zlarg and giggled slightly.

?Alright support partner, ready to show some support?? she chirped.

Ayeon jumped up and landed in front of a zombie. She ducked and tripped it up. She then fired at its head splattering brain juice all over the road. She doubled back to Zlarg who was shooting most of the zombies coming from the left.

?We?re both kind of short, I just noticed that? Ayeon said, firing at will.

Jeran looked at zlorg in a funny way but decided that in the middle of a group of zombies was perhaps not the time to bring something like that up. while slashing through the head of a zombie, jeran noticed something. further up the road, some zombies were weilding carbines. "uhhh. i think we're in trouble." so far, nothing in the brief had talked about the zombies weilding weapons. perhaps during the time that we had left them, they had grown more intelligent....

jeran pressed a button on his metal gauntlet and held it in front of him. "the glove's got a small force generator. i've put it on push but this shield won't hold forever. if i covered you, do you think you could take out the gunners?"

Ayeon looked at Jeran worriedly.

?What do we do?? She said.

She ran over to him and aimed at the zombies with the weapons.

Zlorg reach into his bag and rummaged around for a bit. he pulled out an odd looking grenade.

"This grenade shuts down electronics and weapons, I will throw it, then we can easily take out the zombies." he explained "You ready Ayeon?"

He threw the grenade and the guns started to malfunction. Ayeon quickly took out the armed zombies with her pistols.

"Nice shooting!"

 

[StarStruckStrumpets]

"Aww man...I just wish I could use this thing a sword for once." I pushed a button and returned it to sniper form.

"Hey Ayeon, wanna see if you can pop more heads than me?"

?Sure thing. This'll be easy.? Ayeon said, placing her pistols away.

She turned around and took out her FS. She placed her pistols in it. In about half a second her pistols disappeared. Two grappling hooks appeared and Ayeon grabbed them.

?I?m not that fond of guns? she said, blushing lightly and rubbing her head.

"damn, the grenade also overloaded my gravity generator. it'll be a good few hours before it will work again." After much strenuous zombie killing, they finally reach a couple of high rise builings. "here we are. the science district. Damn. the doors are barricaded. someone had better think of a good way to get the doors open or it looks like we're surrounded."

"Any excuse for using my explosives! Stand back everyone!"

He pulled out an odd looking ball, he stood back a ways, then threw it at the door and the the barricade was blown to pieces.

"After you Ayeon." Zlorg gestured toward the door.

?Thank you? Ayeon said, bowing and walking into the building.

She looked around, a grapple in each hand. It was too dark for her to see anything and she signalled the others to come in.

"Using the old Zlorg charm" he thought to himself as he pulled out his shotgun and ran toward the building. He joined Ayeon inside and turned on his flashlight, the building seemed to be empty.

"Anyone in here?!" he yelled.

there is no reply. After looking around a bit, they find lots of skeletons on the floor. "looks like the scientists barricaded themselves in but ran out of supplies in the end." Jeran goes up to a computor. "anyone good at tech here?"

 

[prinxess]

Ayeon readied herself for whatever there was to come. Her grip tightened on the grapples and she waited for Jeran?s orders. Suddenly, a small beeping noise came from her FS. It was a SOS message sent from Felintia. She frowned and turned to Jeran.

?No, I'm not anyway? she growled.

 

[Shapsters]

"I'm fairly young, probably better than you geezers" he joked, no one laughed "Ok, anyways, what do you need to do?"

He jumped on to the computer chair but heard a beep, he looked at Ayeon and she looked stressed.

"Whats wrong Ayeon?"

 

[prinxess]

?Felintia is in trouble? But I?ve been ordered to be here. Here is where I shall stay? Ayeon said.

She placed the FS in her bag and carried on scanning the room. It was clear but she needed something to keep her occupied.

?I?ll go explore the rest of this place. Anyone coming?? Ayeon purred.

"Uh...um... I cant figure this computer out. I'll go with you Ayeon!" Zlorg walked past Jeran and whispered "Its all booted up and ready to go, you just need to open the files."

Zlorg and Ayeon started walking down the hall.

"So, who did you have to leave on you planet? Family? Friends? Boyfriend?" Zlorg asked while desperately hoping for a no on the last question.
