I don't blame anybody from bowing out of city of the wolves. I'm considering doing the same or getting this game used at some point. Somebody notify me when the Elena trailer comes out for SF6. Assuming I don't get to it first.
Here is Pat and Woollie mocking the Marathon reboot. It's pretty much them saying how this isn't going to work or how bad it's going to get with its micro transactions. Pat definitely was not impressed when he saw the live stream of Marathon on his youtube page.
I played it about 3 month back maybe, its okay but really nothing amazing, the umbral aspect is very gimmicky and doesn't bring much to the game. My main complain is that I spec into one of the 4 different way to build your character, only to find out that like 2/3 of the weapon for it are only available at the very end of the game, so I played with the same weapon that I didn't like that much for the entire game.
I have no idea what the politic aspect refer to thought, certainly has no bearing on the game (does anybody actually care about body A/B versus male/female?).
ACG likes E33 overall, but notes its problems. I still might check this out later, since this game is a very unique RPG.

- GFX Preformance on PC.
- Unique Skill System
- Music and OST
- Voice Acting is great.
- Most of the gameplay holds up.
Cons:
- QTE Systems are really hit or miss. Certain QTEs you can turn off, but others you can't or are still expected to performed time button presses like they're still there.
- Late game can be a grind.
- Odd difficulty spikes every now and then.
