Mostly just Freezing, New Vegas was particularly guilty of this, didn't stop me from getting all the achievements though (currently waiting to see if they release a game of the year edition with all the DLC).

I never did manage to make the GOG.com version of Realms of Arkania: Star Trail stop crashing whenever I tried to bring up the map (so much for my attempt to play through the whole trilogy in one sweep).

In the PC port of Ninja Blade the walljump bugs out at certain parts, rendering certain parts of the game unwinnable (I know it makes Missions 3 and 7 flat-out unwinnable and makes Mission 5 a lot harder. Not sure about any mission past 7 because I haven't found a downloadable/hacked save that goes past 7.)

Sadly there is no fix for this either (the Steam version of the game might be alright but I'm not sure and I sure as heck aint gonna buy it a second time to find out.)

Advent Rising is the worst I've seen, though the PC version of New Vegas is getting pretty close. It's been a while since I've played it, but I remember that Advent Rising was an amazing buggy mess. The only part I remember clearly is having to run to a ship while meteors rained down from above, and when I got there... no ship. I was SUPPOSED to be there in-game, but it was never loaded. And then it spawned me on a tiny pillar with the thing I was riding on with no way off. Fun.

Bought Arkham Asylum on Steam and GFWL would just send me in circles between the game's main menu and the GWFL menu instead of letting me start the game.

Still haven't seen past the menu of that game.

I experienced lots of freezing and occasional crashes in New Vegas. Beyond this, I experienced a terrible bug in Boone's recruitment. I asked Cliff Briscoe to walk in front of the dinosaur for Boone to shoot him as his wife's 'murderer', and accidentally stopped him to talk halfway. He wouldn't get moving again until I found and killed the real culprit.

Gothic 1- the various levelers that would not open the doors they're supposed to.
Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, without those unofficial patches was still crashing, freezing etc.

There was one pretty terrible bug in X-Com: Terror From the Deep. I don't remember how it occured exactly, but what it did was completely break the research, preventing you from getting the stuff you need to complete the game. That's what happened to me the first time. The wors part is, if you don't know how the bug happens, you might spend ages just playing and wodering why you can't progress through the plot.

If you live in Australia, I will find a friend in your state or territory who will let you play that game on their console. It is a must play!!
