Game Bugs and Glitches

What's a memorable game glitch or bug you've experienced?

Could be something that turned out to be fun/adventageous;
...Like way back when the graphics on my TNMT 2 game took a shit but we still played it, making up new characters for the 'new' graphics.

Could be something that turned out to be ruinous;
...Like back when I kept stockpiling items into a box in my house in Oblivion and then when I went back to get something out of it everything in it had dissapeared.

My go-to:

I was hauling ass running away from a Deathclaw in Fallout 3 (on the hardest difficulty) when it suddenly flew up into the air. I was pretty happy, then out of nowhere an Albino Radscorpion appeared and proceeded raped me...

Fallout 3 was by far the buggiest game I've ever played, but I love it anyways...

Well, I'm not sure if it's a glitch or just luck, but I remember in Fallout 3, I was out of ammo and trying to fight a Super Mutant Behemoth by just punching it and after about 10 seconds, he exploded.

It was pretty funny.

A frozen loading screen an hour after the last save with a boss fight i won by the skin of my teeth just finished. The game itself I don't remember, but the ensuing rage was... memorable. *shutter*

Throwing frogs in Crysis, now that is satisfyingly buggy and memorable... ORBITAL FROG LASER!

I usually don't experience many bugs/glitches, but I remember using the Fierce Diety's Mask anywhere in Majora's Mask.

And managing to backwards long-jump up the neverending stairs in Super Mario 64.

On fallout 3 i was exploring the wastes and found myself looking out onto the farm close to bobs union and saw a deathclaw near it but it just flew high up in the air and never came down, so continued to killed all the raiders there and then i headed to the top of the silo and saw a few brahim off in the distance by where the deathclaw was, so i decided to do some sharp shooting on the 2-headed cows for fun and shot the second one when i saw the third and last one go up in the air and I followed it up into the sky and saw the deathclaw comin down as the brahim went up and shot it on sight as it landed.

On RDR i was coming down to tumble weed and got thrown off my horse thousands of feet high in the sky and died but who hasn't had this experiance yet?
