Game characters placed in other games?

I got to thinking about some weird pairings of game characters being places in the universes of different games and the results. I wanna see what the peoples here can come up with. =3 Post some characters from games in entirely other different game universes and the consequences.

I was thinking the Spy (TF2) in Bioshock. Result, Plasmid wielding french dude disguises himself as a big daddy/splicer and goes on a backstab spree. that or telekinetic backstabs from miles away.

Well its not really one character but I still wanna say this anyway.
What if the Imperium of MAn from Warhammer 40k replaced the UNSC in the Halo games? When me and my friend discussed it the story would have gone a whole lot different.

Everyone from Team Fortress 2 in a 3D puzzle platformer like some of the Lego platforms, lol.
Each class would naturally be better at some things than others, like the Scout's double jump and the Spy's cloaking. Maybe the Heavy could open really heavy stone doors or something, thanks to his strength. I don't really know about some of the other classes though.

yeah the warhammer 40k races would make most games 1st harder and 2nd shorter. imagine barbie horse adventure with space marines/tyranids or the CoD series with necrons.

Commander Keen in (I think) Doom II. There were several of them hanging, and you could shoot them up. Just the developers way of saying "goodbye!"
