JC Denton - Nano augmented counter terrorist, very practical, counter to Wesker.
Solid Snake in the Rex.
Raiden - more durable then Link.
Karan S'Jet from the Homeworld series, she's the commander of the mothership which can make any class of ship. Counter to anything space related.
From Bioware - Alistar, Morrigan, Wynne, Sten, Shepard, Wrex, Garrius and Tali.
Robotnik, Guybrush Threepwood and Pikachu together for comic relief.
Xiuying Hong from Shenmue 2.
And I guess Link because he has a habit of surviving against all the odds and slaying all manner of beasts.
