Game compatibility

I'm going to cut straight to it:
My brother's selling his Macbook Pro to me at $600, and I need to know: will any of these games be compatible with a Mac running Snow Leopard:
Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War
Halo: Custom Edition
Counter-Strike 1.6
Trackmania

Also, I will be handing out cookies to anyone who supplies a good FPS, racing, and tycoon/simulation game/games for the Mac!



And as a final note, if I turn into a Mac elitist, and you WILL notice it in my posts, feel free to carve my hands off.

No to all of the above unless you run Windows. That means Boot Camp.

That said, Counter Strike Source is likely to have a Mac version released for it in the near future.

How well it runs also depends on what generation MacBook it is -- obviously, since the system specs change a bit each time. Portal runs alright in both Windows and Mac at 1280x800 (native res) on my 6th gen.
