Game Data Help

Heya, I finally finished building my new computer and I'm installing Games on it and stuff.
Anyway I know I have to install them all on my new machine but I also want to be able to transfer my saved games and stuff.

Basically I'm asking on a Wing and A Prayer that maybe someone knows what files I need to transfer for:

World in Conflict
Red Alert 3
Supreme Commander

Copy all the game folders from the games you want save games from onto a disk/flash drive, install those games on the other computer, and then copy the folder in the flash drive, overwriting everything.
