The saddest: The unexpected ones, the ones that you thought you were working towards saving
Ex. Lucas and Claus' mom in Mother 3. That was frickin heartrending.
The Happiest: The ones that kill off the really annoying characters, or that you do yourself
Ex. Final Bosses, frickin tards, any random victims

The best one was where i shot wrex. that was fun. i reloaded the game and killed him three more times before i moved on with the story.
