Yes, named after the Helloween song of the very same name. Oh, and this is a BIG idea, but if you're gonna dream, dream big, right?
EDIT: For some reason it ALL WOULDNT FIT IN ONE POST! PLEASE DONT REPORT!
I had this idea while playing Brutal Legend. This is what I got:
3rd Person Puzzle Platformer/Hack and Slash/Action Adventure

You travel from region to region in the land of Arpegia, cutting down waves of oncoming enemies as a one-man army using your magically-imbued musical instruments (you earn them throughout the game, starting with your voice, moving down to bass, then drums, then guitar, you can switch between them to pull off different combos)

You also take quests from different NPCs of different Rebel groups in each of the 13 regions to help them overthrow their governments or earn some extra cash or followers to level up your abilities. Depending on who you kill the most of, your instruments/weapons will take on slightly different appearances (ex: you kill a lot of Emos, your instruments will look more "Black Metal" if you kill a lot of Pop fanatics your instruments will look more "Death Metal"... the look comes from the songs you can get in that region) unlockables include upgrades to your instruments, different outfits, and more songs that can be played on the second disc (or just a minigame on the PS3, since it can fit more data).

Just blasting through the story will unlock the core songs, but the 66 bonus songs need to be bought/found/earned through certain tasks.

BEFORE YOU GO THROUGH THE REST, IT'S BASICALLY A PLOT SUMMARY OF WHICH THE DOWNLOW IS... RONNIE IS THE MESSIAH OF MUSIC AND MUST RE-ESTABLISH METAL AS THE TOP DOG OF MUSIC

Ronnie, called a reincarnation of an ancient musical God, is born with the potential to overthrow the reign of the Tyrannical lords who have abused their power of music and used it to achieve their own ends. The land, ruled by Queen Spears and her advisors, has been brought under strict dictatorship. While the land looks glamorous and wonderful, it is actually broken and miserable. Ronnie, when he is born, is visited by 3 teachers, who give him gifts of golden strings, a legendary ?humbucker? guitar (which had not been seen for thousands of years), and neck polish.
A constellation of devil horns are seen above where he is born, in the last remnant of the Metal Empire, and Queen Spears, upon learning of this, sends armies down to where he was born to slaughter everyone, in the hopes of averting an ancient prophesy wherein it was foretold that a messiah would come and free the land from his rule.
Ronnie survives when he and his family are warned by a messenger of the God of Music (the messenger is named Nergal) that he must flee or be killed by the Pop army.
They flee, and it is falsely reported to Queen Spears that Ronnie is dead. She continues her oppressive rule until her equally tyrannical (if not worse) son Bieberous takes over.
Ronnie and his family are moved to the isolated island of Bachnia. Their people are revered and respected by people of ALL nations as being the voice of the God of Music, and their missionaries are always given the best treatment. Their island could be equated to the Vatican in the way that it is its own nation and their leader is respected as a VERY powerful man.
Ronnie eventually learns of his destiny in reading ancient texts and decides to go on a pilgrimage out to the mainland and unite all nations under the God of Music once again by bringing back the Metal!
To defeat each Lord and their region, Ronnie must have enough money and followers to stage a concert, which allows him to take over the region from the Lord or Lady in charge by charging into the castle/place of residence and kill the inhabitants.
(Note that the nations are NOT presented in a chronological fashion, and they can be conquered in ANY order, except the Pop region, which must be conquered last)
(Also note that these regions are meant to be VERY exaggerated)
? The Metal Region comes under a puppet government after Bieberous fears rebellion from them. It on a ?Glam? and ?Metalcore? style. So Ronnie must beat them with Pantera and Trivium and some Iron. Finish them off with some Thrash Metal from Skeletonwitch, Megadeth, and Exodus.
? The Rock region is ruled by Indie snobs who think their government was always better before it was under ANY rule. Ronnie must show them the way by rocking hard with The Who and Tenacious D and AC/DC to show them the way. You also show them how awesome and progressive rock can be by playing them some Rush and Dream Theater.
? The Emo region is ruled by oppressive, self-abusing rulers who just think life sucks and everything should die. So naturally their region must be overcome with the likes of Black Metal, such as Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir, Gorgoroth, and Stormlord. Finish off the last of them with Vader.

? The Industrial region has become stuck up and polluted by those who would call themselves Industrial but are not, Ronnie must show them the way with Rammstein and KMFDM and of course Ministry. Finishing off with Strapping Young Lad
? Of course what ISN?T wrong with Country? but in order for Ronnie to win them over, he must show them true, heartfelt and loving music from Hellyeah, Guns N Roses, Foghat, and Def Leppard. The disgruntled farmers want to hear some revolution and celebratory music afterwards, so Ronnie gives it to them with Twisted Sister and Gamma Ray
? Rap of course is ruled by thugs who teach their people that the government is out to get them and that to abuse women and be stupid is great. Ronnie must overcome this with groovin? metal such as Soulfly, Sepultura, Five Finger Death Punch, and Lamb of God.
? What?s NOT wrong with Pop? Other than the fact that it?s ALL Auto-tuned shit. So this must be overcome with only BRUTAL metal, to completely blow them away. Ronnie decides to overcome the Pop kingdom with Death and Thrash Metal. This is the LONGEST setlist of ALL the setlists. There is Arch Enemy, 3 Inches of Blood, Amon Amarth, Death, Children of Bodom, Dethklok, and it ALL finishes with Judas Priest/Black Tide combo!
? Ronnie must overcome the snobby and competitive Goths with overpowering symphonic power. Ambrian Dawn, Nightwish, Farmer Boys, and Apocalyptica appear here.
? Ronnie must win over his Classical people on their island which is separated from the rest of the mainland. He must win them over in order to attain the power to defeat the Pop kingdom with overwhelming riffs and skill. In order to do this, he must play material from Yngwie Malmsteen, Rustey Cooley, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, and Michael Angelo Batio.
? The Indie scene is rules by snobby pricks who think anyone who makes any money is a sellout, so they oppress their people harshly. They kill anyone who can buy a house and anyone who has more than 5% body fat. Overcoming them is not difficult for Ronnie, since everyone in the army is poor and weak, and he overcomes them relatively simply with set that has Diamond Head, Metallica, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, and System of a Down.
? J-Pop fanatics and those that listen of techno simply love being oppressed. They?re happy to take any music as long as it?s high-pitched, fast, and annoying with weird dances. Ronnie marches in and starts blasting heavy riffs which breaks the spell of J-Pop and Techno and has them burn their leaders at the stake, stating that they will never again forsake the metal! Destroy them with Evile, Municipal Waste, Toxic Holocaust, Helloween, and Gojira. Finish them with some pure, unadulterated metal: Machine Head.
? Hippies are annoying? they think their little folk and psychedelic stuff is so great. Ronnie waltzes in and shows them the folly of their ways with Folk METAL! Eluveitie, Alestorm, and Wintersun star here. And when all the naysayers try a revolution, Ronnie must destroy them with SLAYER!!!
? Punk has lost the way? being tainted by ?Pop? and ?Emo?, the anarchists want a revolution. Ronnie brings it to them with Danzig, System of a Down, Napalm Death, and finishes off with Testament.
? Alternative should NEVER have existed, bring it down with Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, and Nirvana. Finish off the lot with more Soulfly!
He must gather himself roadies and fans by defeating each and every oppressive sub-ruler. Eventually he will overthrow all the rulers with his Metal, and kill Bieberous himself in an epic showdown of guitar prowess.
Once overthrown, Ronnie slays Bieberous through the power of Metal, and the land is restored to its former glory as all nations recognize the God of Music as their one true god and stop worshipping their lesser musics, and all are united under METAL!
[As the player progresses through the game, he/she will unlock songs that can be played in an extra mode that allows them to play concerts which will add more fans and money to their main story game.]

I see you like music. Anyway, it sounds like God of War, but with music instead of Greek mythology (and maybe a little more open-ended like other western RPGs). Nothing wrong with that I guess, but it all feels like it's been done before.
