I received a Nintendo Wii for Christmas this year along with New Super Mario Bros. Wii and I have visited Nintendo's website. I wanted to see the Virtual Console library and choose from the 501 game titles in the library. I've already decided to get Mega Man 9 and possibly Super Mario 64 or Super Castlevania IV, but because of the Wii's small memory the selection is limited.
However, there are many big name titles not on the Virtual Console that would bring in more fans. It took them a few years to bring the original Super Smash Bros. just recently so I don't think I'll see these anytime soon, if at all. Still just for the hell of it, let's make some wishes shall we?
Game Ideas for Wii Virtual Console:
Killer Instinct (SNES)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: Manhattan Project (NES)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time (SNES)
Banjo Kazooie (N64) and Banjo Tooie (N64)
and of course Battle Toads (NES)
After Rare was bought by Microsoft there seems to be a nasty habit of not sharing. Rare should allow Nintendo to the rights of the Banjo Kazooie and Killer Instinct franchises. They allowed Donkey Kong Country franchise on Virtual Console so I don't wanna hear it.
Anyway that's my spiel let me hear your ideas. Shalom.
