Quake 3 and . . . . . . well Quake 3 is just perfect on its own!

How about GTA and Watchmen: The End Is Nigh [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Watchmen:_The_End_is_Nigh]? Basically, if the Watchmen game was open-world. And let you unlock Dr. Manhattan as a playable character.
Uh... playing as Dr. Manhattan would sort of make all the challenge in the game just exit the game the minute you unlock him. He's the supreme being (no that's not a spoiler) playing as him would be fun in terms of fucking the world's shit up, but it would be the least difficult game of all time.

A game combining DC and Marvel comics. Don't say it's impossible. They've done at least one comic together in the past.
Specifically "Darkseid vs Galactus: The Hunger.
Try looking up Amalgam Comics on Wikipedia. It begins with a DC-Marvel crossover battle, and eventually becomes a true mash-up world, with characters like Dark Claw (Batman + Wolverine), Catsai (Elektra and Catwoman), Super Soldier (Superman + Cap America), and Amazon (Storm + Wonder Woman), among tons of others.

I like this one. Style it after the Marvel: Ultimate Alliance games, have Superman fight The Sentry.

That'd probably be one of those very last things you can unlock... like you need to unlock 99.99% of anything else, and he's .01%.

Anyways, maybe mix Metroid and Halo. That way Samus can kick some Covenant ass and Master Chief can... well... sit there and wait for Samus to shoot the doors and open them for him. XD

Fallout 3, and something with plant life.
Haha, Seriously.

Aside from Oasis, that is (I pray you've found it. It exists to ruin the game for Fallout 1+2 fans and so the artists can prove they can render trees.)

But ontopic:

Supreme Annihilation. (I for one thought that Supreme Commander should have been more of a TA sequel instead of a "spirutal successor")

Supreme commander & Starcraft... eh that might just be Starcraft 2 now that I think about it.

Call of Duty & Left 4 dead? A Co-op centric shooter with the Call of Duty story telling and gameplay?

If the game had a sort of sandbox mode, separate from the main game, that would probably be the best way of implementing him as a playable character.
