I myself can't do it (not dedicated enough), but bullet hell games as SharPhoe said and stealth games might take the cake on games that you could or should memorize. Once you can figure out the exact patterns of the AI for stealth games, speed runs become simple. Bullet Hells are more about insanely dense, mostly preset patterns than anything.

The first 8 boss-levels in Mega Man 9 are burned into my brain, along with the intense memories of frustration.

Maybe not the actual levels, but I remember a ton of stuff from Oblivion. Whenever me or my brother start a new character there is a long checklist that we conversationally run by one-another. Small things like, "what quest you on?" to big things like "oh, so you're trying out the Argonian finally, huh?"

Fallout 3 thats the major one. Photographic memory makes re-playthru very bloody easy. I know where all the quests are, were weapon stashes are and were all the bobbleheads are and how to make a super chacter without cheating.

Yeah, Max Payne 1 and 2, Stranglehold, Left 4 Dead 'No Mercy' campaign.

I don't get loads of games, so the ones I get I tend to play and replay until I can complete them eyes closed easily.

Also sort of necessary for some of the jumping sections of Tomb Raider games.

The Hobbit,

I beat that game maybe 20-30 times? Used to beat it every day for a whole summer, I could literally sit down and draw a map of every lvl and where all the treasure was, where all the quest items were, how to beat every boss, and how to find every experiance gem, how to solve every puzzle, and how to get a 100% completeion on every lvl.

And I haven't played it for about four years.

Several courses in Mario kart, I could do a time trial for with my eyes closed, based on sound. I'm proud of it really.

Max Payne 1 & 2
Half-Life 2 and all Episodes
Silent Hill 2 and Homecoming
Prince of Persia: Two Thrones
God of War 2

Though, one thing that everyone finds amazing is the fact that I memorize maps in the games I play. I have memorized GTA4's map, Fallout 3, Bully, The Citadel from Mass Effect, TF2 maps, L4D maps, Batman: AA, etc.

I'm playing the international version of Final Fantasy XII right now. All the writing is in Japanese in that game, and while I understand a good portion of it the game uses a large variety of kanji, slang, and dialects, making it hard to understand most of the time. Thankfully I can make my way through the game (sidequests and all) thanks to my memory.

Resident Evil 5. You can beat that game so methodically that the monotony will make you cry.

That's the only title I can remember. There are probably others, but my memory doesn't extend past the time that I've had my 360.

Super Metroid and Star Control 2.

I'll sit down and pound each of them out in a couple hours when I'm quite bored.

Back when I used to play it, SSX3. I knew all the courses, all the scripted events, all the secret parts of the courses, where all the power ups and bonuses were, and all my character's moves off by heart. Aside from that, Abe's Exodus. I think if I picked that game up again now I would still remember all the areas...

The only other game I think I know that well is Oblivion, but that doesn't count all the mods that expand the world. =P

EDIT: Oh, and Mass Effect. I spoke to everybody in that game and did all the sidequests more than once, so I know basically every possible outcome and every event off by heart.

Wow... I really am old school. For me it's Contra.

I needed the 30 men code when I was a kid but played it at lunch every day throughout high school with a couple of friends who kept stealing my lives because once you run out you could press 'A' and take an extra life from your friend. I got so good at the game that 1 life was enough.

For those of you who don't know, if you wait till after the credits you start the game over again but your score and number of lives carry over. I would start with 3 lives, play through a few times and stop when I got to 20.
Contra III: The Alien Wars is MY game.

I can usually beat it on Hard without continuing.

Assassins Creed, I kick arse at that game.
Surely its impossible not to 'kick arse' at Assassin's Creed?

OT:On my last play through of Mass Effect I realised I knew the outcomes of (almost) each and every decision I made.

Nebulus on the C64.

The last time I played that game I hadn't touched it for 15 years, so I was pretty surprised that I could beat the first two levels of that game without failing once.

And that's a pretty tough game.
