Most people here on the Escapist that choose video games as their primary form of entertainment have probably had moments in games where you felt a strong emotion: despair, happiness, relief, anxiety, rage, retribution, and anything in between.
But not every game has moments like that that stick with you long after you've finished playing the game. I'm talking about the woeful FFVII fan who still mourns Aerith, the Half-Life enthusiast who still wishes they could have done something for Eli.
These are the moments I want to talk about. When you hear a certain music play or name be mentioned, you can't help but relive that moment.
Impassioned gamers, what gaming moments still tug at your heartstrings?
